I have collected so much Washi tape ... I've got to start using it more than I do. I saw a card using the tape and stamping over it. I had to use Stazon ink to stamp the Hero Arts stamp. I did add some clear embossing powder over the two small balloons on each corner, it just didn't want to dry. All in all it turned out pretty good. Have a great day!
