TGIF

It's Friday and for me a holiday ...Yippee!! I am working with Steve to learn how to do a video for you. Remember I am not a computer/electronics type person, so this may take a few tries. Today I wanted to join in yet another challenge over at http://regina-bittenbythebug.blogspot.com/. The challenge is to do a summer card, with at least one cut from a Cricut cartridge and have a yellow button on it somewhere. Well, here's mine. I used the Gingersnaps bugga-boos butterfly stamp, colored her with copics on Neenah paper, cut the flower and leaves using the Cricut cartridge "Walk in the Garden", pattern paper is from one of the packs from DCWV, and finally the "a happy hello" stamp is an old Stampin Up. Oh, yeah I accented the butterfly fairie and the flower with the "atyou Spica" pens just to add a little sparkle. Well, hope you enjoyed this today. Check back soon to see if I have gone to the "the big screen" LOL

  2. What a cute card! Did you emboss the flower with D'vine swirls? It looks like it.

  3. I embossed the flower using the swirl embossing folder by Provocraft/cuttlebug. I made a mistake in throwing out the cardboard before I wrote down the correct names for all my folder. hope this helps
