Cuttlebug and Verses Rubber stamp

Hi Everyone, I will announce the winner of the blog candy tonight! In the mean time, here's another idea using one of the new Cuttlebug folders and Verses Rubber stamp. This didn't scan as cool as it looks in person. I used Coordination paper in a really pretty purple color, purple organza ribbon and glitter brads. Hope you get the idea anyway.
I know it is Memory Monday, but I didn't get a photo of the new pages I did this week. I will get to that tomorrow. have a great Monday!!

Blog Candy Celebration

Okay, everyone I decided how to do the blog candy give away to celebrate when I get 2000 hits on my blog:
1.leave a comment at this post
2.link it to your blog or tell me how you will spread the                        word about my give away
3.become a follower of my blog
Then, on the day I hit 2000, my hubby will draw a name at 9:00pm Eastern time.  I will post a picture of the goodies you will win on Friday. This is going to be fun. When I started the blog it was just to learn how to do it make a blog, and I am having so much fun doing this I want to share the fun with all of you.
I know I have been talking about doing videos, and I have one ready for editing, however Steve is the one who does that part and he has been so busy at work I can't get him upstairs to the studio to do it. I guess I am going to have to learn how to do that too. I promise to have it up before I reach 3000 hits... hee hee! promise!
Well, here is a card I did using a Verses Rubber Stamp, cuttlebug embossing folder and nestabilites. I posted it on SCS and it was one that got the most hits of any of the ones I posted. It was pretty easy to make and would make a great one if you had to have a lot of cards to mail out. Hope you enjoy it.
Anyway, make sure to play along with the blog candy give away.  I promise the blog candy will be worth it. Good Luck!

Tool Time Tuesday

Okay it's time to share another "tool" with you. This is a card I designed for one of my Cuttlebug-itis classes. I used a paint chip from Home Depot, the cuttlebug folder I call "scales" and a sanding block. The paint chips act like "white core" paper, in that when you sand them you get the white accent. The stamp is one from the Verses Rubber Stamp Co series. The thing I stress in my class is the paint chips are FREE and come in a "bizzilion" colors. Home Depot knows me on a first name bases LOL. Maybe I will see you there. Off to the studio, have some new 4th of July photos to scrap. I am a bit behind in the scrapbooking, been so busy doing the freelance work. I am thinking that in the future I could dedicate a whole week to scapbooking, that may help me get caught up. I am working on a way to add a gallery for all of you to post your art on, keep a watch out for it, I would love to see them. The video is coming along, I have it all filmed and working on the editing. Hubby says I need a new computer this one is so old and slow. Well, another day a lot of dollars! Have a great Tool day!
