Great Treat Idea for Kids

I saw this on Pinterest and was so thrilled! It is a perfect treat for our three-four and five year old Children's church group. I plan to have them decorate the clothes pins one week and the next we'll do the treat bag. There just isn't enough time in one session to help 27 little ones decorate their clothes pins.
