WOYWW # 161

Happy 4th of July!! I wanted to share my card from Marlene I love it thanks Marlene.
This is what's on my desk this week I working on making prints for my art journal. This is a technique I learned from Traci B (can't spell her last name sorry) She is a Mixed Media Artist who has written books and done videos. I first saw her on Creative Juices and loved her techniques. Well, I had forgotten many, but stumbled across a dvd that I had taped off the TV over 5 yrs ago and there she was and this technique. Yippee!! I plan to use the print in the upper left corner in my journal I share that when I get it finished. Off to the parade, our 6th year. Have a great day!
hop over to www.stamping-ground.blogspot.com and see what everyone else is doing today!

  4. great looking desk! I have seen some of Tracy B videos (if it is the same person) and they are very motivating and inspiring. Love those colors. Wish I could pack some acrylics along when I travel but they get too heavy. I take water color pencils, crayons, and plastic box of watercolors. I used to dislike only using watercolors but with the new mediums/pigments the colors can be so vibrant...ie Inktense pencils by Derwent. Thanks for leaving a comment on my post this week. I appreciate it. Vickie #36
