Another journal page using Dylusions Stamps
Is she too stink in' cute or what?!?! This is one of my new stamps from Dylusions. There are about 6 more sets I've just got to have. The border along the bottom is one of Dyan's stamps too. In the upper right hand corner I used the dollies that Mary got me at an auction and dry wall mud (instead of modeling paste), because it is SO!! much cheaper. then I used Dylusions sprays and some Liquitex inks to do the background. I'm anxiously awaiting to hear from HJ from Cropstop.com to see what all she's ordering at CHA I can't wait to see all the new stuff. Of course, as soon as I get it I'll share pictures. Hope you're having a great day!

I'm big on low cost alternatives, and that's why I also use dry wall mud. Pretty cool stuff, too. Love that journal page. Happy WOYWW from #6.
ReplyDeleteWhy oh why don't I have a journal. I keep telling myself to start one...but then another week goes by.
ReplyDeleteYour's is fantastic! You must be thrilled with it :D
Thanks for popping over to my place.
Have fun ~ Neesie #13
Love this page, Peggy! I haven't got any Dylusions stamps, but I started with my ink sprays this afternoon and what fun it was! The colours are just amazing - so vibrant. I use Polyfilla One Fill (available in the UK) instead of modelling paste - ready mixed, very fine texture, dries beautifully, and nice and cheap! It takes texture well, too.

Hey Peggy,
ReplyDeleteYES, she's adorable. I especially like her glasses -- very glam! I love using doilies for various projects. I have the Martha Stewart stencils and love them.

ReplyDeleteYep is is stinking cute, I love her too, but I am not allowed to have her or any of them, coz. Mind you if someone purchased them for me, then that wouldn't be spending money would it? LOL I so love your journal pages, thank you for sharing them, trully brilliant. Oh so much so that I am now a follower.
