Five Oclock

I did this card using the "stamped" image I did on the new video for Cropstop. I show you how to make a stamp using the On the Edge dies from Tim Holtz. It's SUPER simple and adds to your tools. That's something I love to do.."get more for my money!" On this card I cut the houses out of kraft card stock, painted them with Claudine Helmuth's paints and then mixed a bit of black, brown and white to accent them a little and give a look of distress. That's one of the coolest things about CH paints, you only have to buy her 15 colors and can mix them to get 51 different colors!! I then stamped the houses using a distress ink on kraft layered the two on a blue card front. I cut the sun using the Cricut and the Doodle Charms cartridge @ 3 inches. I stamped the clouds using Versa Mark and a new stamp I got last weekend at Stamp Your Art Out. It's a Great Impressions and is the stamp of the month and was 40% off! The sentiment was from SYAO, but I got it last year and don't know who makes it. Sorry! Just a fun card to make. I like to use the things I use in my videos, so you can see a finished project. Hope you have a great idea!!

  1. I really like the image doubled! It looks like a whole village now! Wish I would have thought of that for the Moxie Fab challenge a few weeks back.
